By using wellnessfirststep.com or purchasing coaching from Live with Passion Wellness (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.

Every person is different. Rose’s personal story and client testimonials describe individual experiences, not promised or typical results.

• The 12-week program and its tiers are described on /services. What’s included is what’s listed there.
• Sessions are by Zoom or in person. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
• We may decline or end coaching if we believe we’re not the right fit; any unused prepaid portion would be handled as set out in §5.

• Prices are in USD as listed on /services. Programs are paid in full at checkout; to split a payment, get in touch and we’ll arrange it directly.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never stored on this website.
• Refunds, pauses and rescheduling are handled individually. Get in touch and we’ll work it out together.

The password-protected education page is for your personal use. Don’t share the password or redistribute the content.

You’re responsible for your own decisions and safety, for stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort, and for seeking medical care when you need it.

Site content, workbooks, and materials belong to Live with Passion Wellness and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
